    Well i've been to a quite alot of eggsmart locations and this one is the worst. I'm very sorry Hau but I have to agree with the other people who gave it bad reviews. First the people that they hire don't know customer service i went twice 2 different times with 2 different friends and acted like it was my first time. Both friends didnt like it and of course each friend thought it was my first time too but only the 1st time was my first and my the 2nd time i went there it wasnt my first. If you order a somewhat big meal AKA making "THEM" more money the staff look at you as if your complaining about the prices. My friend asked for certain things to be taken out and they did not. We also asked for bacon to be well down AKA a bit burnt and it was so soft it was like eating a noodle and we didnt even get the required amount your suppose to get and we complained and they took it off the bill and never even gave us what we wanted as we were still going to pay for the right type of bacon we like. Also they dont seem very attentive in asking if you want coffee or more water or more drinks. Overall from the bad food, bad service and bad everything I shall not go there anymore even though i went there 2 times. I strongly suggest everyone please check out this other eggsmart ive gone to over 20 times and each time its truly amazing. The location is 4410 Kingston Rd. 647-352-9122 they're very friendly, love their jobs, treat you amazing especially if you are ordering more then enough for 1 person and I was told by one of the staff its run by a family. So you got that whole big family feel as I like to call it. I go there all the time. I would call and complain to the head office of Eggsmart but knowing them they dont care cause I used to work for someone who owned a few diners and he would get calls all the time about certain diners and just laugh it off as if they dont like it they can always go somewhere else and to this day he still owns these diners even if he doesnt get alot of business cause of eggsmart. He dont care at all but anyways thats all i gotta say about that bad eggsmart location.
